Built in 1893, The Welcome Inn Manor B&B is a victorian style home located in the Lakeshore South neighborhood of Chicago. The relaxing retreat has a warm, comfortably welcoming feel with wood floors along with rich earth tone colored furnishings.

Welcome Inn Manor needed to utilize a branding icon that felt equally welcoming.

Considering the timeless building structure and well maintained vintage appearance; including the 1893 established date was an element that needed to be present in the design to communicate the brand’s historic essence. The stylized intertwining initials of the “Welcome Inn Manor” monogram icon, combined with the slogan “Home Style Living”, the Welcome Inn Manor brand has a fashionably modern appeal while also symbolizing the B&B’s casual yet elegantly hosted experience.
